Belt conveyor

This equipment is mainly used for transporting molding sand in the intermediate stage of black zone sand treatment in the field of lost foam casting. The working environment temperature is generally limited to between -10 ℃ and+100 ℃. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be transported by a single unit, or composed of multiple units or combined with other conveying equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system to meet the needs of different types of operation lines.

Main functions and advantages

①The belt conveyor is mainly used to transport dry sand to the sand storage hopper, and its working environment temperature is generally limited to -10 ℃ to+100 ℃. It cannot be used to transport materials with strong acids, alkalis, oil substances, and organic solvents. Can be used for horizontal or inclined conveying.

②Specially designed for the transportation of casting sand, with stable operation and a three roller design, it can ensure that the sand does not spread or overflow to both sides during the transportation process.
