The customer from Dezhou, Shandong Province has been deeply engaged in the motor housing manufacturing sector and has stringent requirements for the stability, production capacity, and intelligence level of casting equipment. In the previous two cooperations, the casting equipment we provided won high recognition from the customer due to its exceptional quality and efficient after-sales service. In 2024, to expand production capacity and optimize production processes, the customer once again chose to cooperate with us to customize a precoated sand casting production line, marking the launch of the third phase of in-depth collaboration.

The customer clearly put forward the following core requirements:

Production Capacity Target: Achieve a precoated sand casting production capacity of 40 boxes per hour, compatible with castings of multiple specifications;

Stability Requirement: Ensure stable equipment operation with low failure rate to guarantee uninterrupted daily production;

Efficiency Optimization: Reduce manual intervention, lower energy consumption, and improve overall production efficiency.

Ⅲ.Customized Solution: Precise Matching to Build an Efficient Production Line

In response to the customer’s needs, our company established a specialized technical team. Combining the characteristics of the precoated sand casting process, we tailored a full-process production line solution:

Core Equipment Configuration

Precisely control the molding operation cycle to ensure stable output of 40 boxes per hour;

Equip with a closed-loop sand processing system, enabling the reclaimed sand reuse rate to exceed 95%, which significantly reduces raw material consumption;

Install an intelligent temperature control module and fault early warning system to monitor the equipment operation status in real time and prevent abnormal issues such as overheating and jamming in advance.

Process Optimization Design

Optimize the production line layout to shorten the movement distance between processes including molding, pouring, operation, and box turning, thereby reducing workpiece transfer time and improving overall cycle efficiency.

Ⅳ.Operation Results: Stable and Efficient

Since its official commissioning in January 2025, the production line has operated stably for more than half a year and achieved impressive results:

100% Production Capacity Compliance Rate: The equipment continuously and stably outputs 40 boxes per hour, helping the customer increase production capacity and successfully secure new orders;

Remarkable Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement: The significantly improved automation level effectively reduces labor costs; meanwhile, energy consumption has decreased significantly compared with traditional production lines, achieving dual compliance in cost control and energy efficiency optimization.

Ⅴ.Case Value: Providing a Model for Efficient Production in Foundry Enterprises

This project once again demonstrates our technical strength in the field of precoated sand casting equipment. Especially in the scenarios of small-batch and multi-variety casting production, we can achieve the threefold goals of "meeting production capacity targets, ensuring stable operation, and reducing costs while improving efficiency" through customized solutions.
