Introduction to the operation of the mold closing machine
1. Gluing operation:
Manually place half of the white model product into the positioning fixture;
The device is operated by the handle, the needle is aligned with the mark point and then lowered so that the gap between the needle and the white mould is 2mm;
Control the joystick and select cold (hot) glue programming according to actual needs along the glue application area;
Reset after programming,Run once to check if the path is correct;
After checking for accuracy, press the reset button to return the device to its initial position;
Select the programme you have just programmed and press the start button to achieve gluing.
2. Mould closing operation:
The white model at the right station starts gluing first, after the gluing is finished, the PLC controls the glued white model to move to the set position of the right clamping station, and the upper clamping template is pressed down slowly, so that the upper and lowermodels are firmly clamped together;
At the same time when the right side mould is closed, the white model placed in the left side station moves to the gluing position and starts gluing, the right side mould is closed and the left side gluing is carried out at the same time;
When the right-side moulding is completed, remove the complete white model and put in the new white model piece; at the same time, the left-side gluing is also completed, the lower template is moved to the left side, the left-side moulding starts to be closed, and the right-side newly put in the white model starts to be glued;
According to the above steps, the left and right stations repeat the gluing and mould closing process.
Hot and cold glue composite use
Either hot glue on the inner ring for quick fixing, or cold glue on the outer ring for overall smoothing; as in Figure 1.
Also possible to use cold glue as a whole, and apply hot glue in sections for quick fixing in some parts with wide cross sections; as shown in Figure 2:
