Recently, the 3m × 3m ultra-large-table airbag multi-dimensional vibration table customized by our company for Oriental Hope has been fully manufactured and commissioned, and has been successfully loaded and shipped. It is now officially en route to the customer’s production site, where it will support quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, and stable commissioning of the customer’s fully automatic lost foam casting production line.

The vibration table is a core and critical piece of equipment in lost foam casting for sand molding. It is mainly used during sand embedding molding to vibrate and compact the molding sand around the foam pattern. Through multi-dimensional vibration, the sand can fully conform to the contours of the pattern, effectively solving industry challenges such as insufficient sand filling, localized looseness, and casting defects. It is an indispensable core piece of equipment in rigid automated lost foam production lines.

The operation is smoothly buffered and precisely positioned, which not only protects irregular and thin-walled patterns from compression damage, but also ensures uniform and consistent sand vibration for the entire flask, meeting customers’ needs for continuous and large-scale production.
