Take the casting weight of about 20kg as an example, the material is stainless steel;

Foam raw material EPS, the market price is 13000RMB/ ton, 2.5-3kg per ton of casting, that is 32.5-39RMB/ton of casting;

Steam used for foaming: The average steam of each forming machine is 200kg/hour, and 10 pieces of casting can be produced, that is 200kg.

Each ton of steam needs 80 cubic meters of natural gas, natural gas 3.95RMB/ cubic meters, that is, 80*3.95=316RMB, for 4-5 forming machines, that is, 50 products per hour, that is, 316RMB/ton of castings;

Shell coating: 7000-10000RMB/ ton, coating thickness of 3-5mm, 1 ton coating can produce 4-6 tons of castings, that is, 1166RMB /ton of castings;

Drying room drying: mainly used for white mold and paint drying, drying room temperature requirements of 60℃, each drying 1.5-2 hours, the whole process 6-8 hours; 40 square meters drying room can place 12 shelves, about 144 models, that is, 2736kg;

The power is 20kw/h, that is, 20*8 hours * actual electricity consumption 70%*0.5/ h =64 RMB, that is, about 24RMB per ton;

Roasting gasification shell making: the equipment power is about 130kw, the whole process takes 6-8 hours, the actual energy consumption is 50%, the average electricity price is 0.5RMB/KW.h, that is, the electricity price is 130*6*50%*0.5=195RMB;

A furnace is about 60-76 pieces, that is, 195/ (19*76) =135 RMB/ton of casting;

Labor: White mold molding: 3 people, painting 2 people: 150RMB/ person;

Molding + casting: 2 people, turning over 1 person, furnace worker 2 people, piece out + cutting + shot blasting: 3 people, 300RMB/ person;

4 tons per day, i.e. RMB 787 per ton; (This cost is related to production capacity and equipment automation degree)

Total cost: 32.5+316+1166+24+135+787=2460.5RMB(excluding the cost of smelting electricity and metal materials)
