    Vacuum pump

    The 2BE type water ring vacuum pump creates a vacuum and pressure in a closed container by suction of insoluble and non corrosive gases. Provide the required negative pressure during the pouring process to create a stable negative pressure field for the sand box.

    It has a secondary compaction effect on the vibrating compacted molding sand, improves the Stiction between sand grains, allows the dry sand to be shaped under the action of atmospheric pressure, and at the same time, absorbs the gas generated during the gasification of foam pattern to prevent the casting from producing pores; Increase the flow rate of molten iron, accelerate stamping, greatly improve the qualification rate of castings, and ensure smooth and orderly pouring.

    Composite tank: Filter solid particles in the gas during the extraction process with water to stabilize negative pressure.

    Separation tank: separates gas and water, and further removes solid particles from the gas, discharging the treated air to prevent air pollution.
