Main functions and advantages
1. One click start, fully automatic operation, simple and easy to operate. EPS, STMMA (Copolymer) general.
2. Adopting high-precision pressure reducing valves (specially designed according to customer needs) to ensure constant outlet pressure and stable barrel temperature, thus accurately controlling the density of beads.
3. Pre foaming beads have uniform size, low moisture content, no dead particles, and basically no agglomeration. Easy installation and small footprint.
4. Fully automatic control: achieved a series of parameterized control steps such as automatic feeding, automatic weighing, pre foaming, and automatic unloading, and fully automatic operation. The computer has a memory function and can store parameters corresponding to commonly used foam density, making it convenient for subsequent use.
5. The appearance of the white mold is smooth and flat, with low moisture content and minimal gas residue. It also reduces the scrap rate of castings by increasing carbon and reducing porosity.
6. Reserve manual operation programs in the system for user-friendly settings of small-scale trial production and maintenance, and facilitate the flexible and convenient conversion of the two operation methods.
7. The foam beads are uniform and free of dead particles (casting cancer cells), with good surface smoothness and uniform density, and low step density. Low moisture content, low gas generation during casting, reducing back spraying.
8. Greatly reducing the ripening time of beads, the steam foaming machine has a high water content, which is inside the beads and difficult to dry. The internal water content of the beads produced by the electric steam mixed foaming machine is low, and the amount of gas generated by the white mold gasification is small, reducing casting problems such as porosity, slag inclusion, and carbon defects.
